Compensation Range

$15.75 - $19.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

With more than 200 dishes made fresh from scratch every day, our line cooks are passionate about quality ingredients, great technique, and delicious, memorable food. Line cooks use a wide range of cooking methods and kitchen tools to make our dishes perfect. Despite the busyness and high standards, you'll appreciate our team spirit, focus on having fun, and the positive guest feedback about our food.

Your Background:

• Strong technique: knife skills and a variety of cooking methods
• Attention to detail: knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
• Cleanliness and organization: knowing where everything is and keeping everything in its place
• Team player: ability to work well with others to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Physical ability: able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend, reach, and twist regularly
• Experience: at least 6 months as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred (consider Prep Cook if less experienced)
• Age requirement: at least 18 years old
