A Cook is responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items according to recipes and standards, maintaining cleanliness, managing guest orders efficiently, and ensuring knowledge of the menu and food products. Your duties include:

1. Preparing food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
2. Maintaining cleanliness and complying with sanitation standards
3. Managing guest orders in a friendly and timely manner
4. Ensuring knowledge of menu and food products
5. Stocking and maintaining designated food stations
6. Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen visually
7. Practicing correct food handling and storage procedures according to regulations
8. Preparing requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
