Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners is seeking a Line Cook for Brian Head Resort for Winter 2026/2027. This seasonal role runs from November 2026 to May 2027, offering hourly pay of $16.00–$18.00 with shifts that cover nights and peak times.

Qualifications

• Must have current food handler’s card.
• Understand basic kitchen safety, sanitation, and food prep standards.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak hours.
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items with accuracy and speed based on resort recipes and portion guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, including temperature control and handling procedures.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and regularly clean workstations and tools.
• Collaborate with other cooks, kitchen staff, and front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Other duties as assigned.
