$17.25 - $23.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

With more than 200 dishes made fresh from scratch every day, our line cooks are passionate about fresh quality ingredients, great technique, and delicious, memorable food. They use a wide range of cooking methods and kitchen tools to make our dishes perfect. Despite busy restaurants and high standards, you'll enjoy our team spirit, commitment to fun, and the positive feedback from guests about our food.

Your Background:
  • Great technique: strong knife skills and a range of cooking methods
  • Attention to detail: knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
  • Cleanliness and organization: knowing where everything is and keeping everything in its place
  • Team player: collaboration is key to keeping our kitchens running smoothly
  • Physical ability: able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend, reach, and twist continuously
  • Experience: at least 6 months as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred (consider Prep Cook if less experienced)
  • Minimum age: 18 years old
