• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Properly setting up and taking down cook station
• Cooking both raw and pre-prepared foods with precision
• Accurately labeling, dating, and filling food pans
• Cleaning, organizing, and upkeeping refrigerators, hot boxes, and grills
• Conducting inventory checks and restocking items as needed
• Communicating with team members to ensure the use of fresh, quality ingredients
• Adapting to high-pressure situations effectively
• Understanding and adhering to food safety and temperature regulations
• Maintaining a consistently professional and composed demeanor

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler certification
• Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in working efficiently in fast-paced environments
• Skilled in multitasking and organizing tasks effectivelyAbility to stand for extended periods
• Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift while on the shift
• Ability to withstand frequent exposure to smoke, steam, grease, and high temperatures
• Familiarity with various kitchen equipment
