Description

The Line Cook is primarily responsible for leading the culinary team in daily food preparation, ensuring adherence to the "Standard of Excellence" in flavors, presentation, recipe compliance, and portioning.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Food Preparation: Manage daily prep, ensure proper food packaging and shipping, and oversee kitchen closing procedures. Responsible for service execution and special events.
  2. Quality: Maintain high standards of food quality and timeliness, and communicate effectively to meet standards.
  3. Development: Stay updated on food trends, ingredients, and presentation techniques.
  4. Maintenance: Oversee the organization of kitchen areas, manage inventory, and assist with ordering.
