We are seeking a passionate and experienced line cook to join our busy restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills and the ability to prepare meals precisely to guest orders while following standard recipes consistently. The role requires versatility across various stations, including poaching, braising, roasting, grilling, sautéing, and frying.

Responsibilities

1. Set up and stock food stations for each shift with necessary supplies.
2. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration per health standards.
3. Prepare food orders by cooking to order, grilling, broiling, sautéing, and following presentation and recipe guidelines.
4. Engage professionally with visitors, vendors, and team members.
5. Follow storage and waste management standards to ensure food quality.
