Line Cook, Trader Vic's - Hilton Atlanta and Towers

The Hilton Atlanta is searching for a talented Line Cook to join their culinary team at Trader Vic's!

The ideal candidate will be a passionate culinary professional with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume, upscale kitchen. They should possess strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work efficiently across multiple stations. Prior experience in hotel kitchens and familiarity with Asian cuisine are highly desirable.

Shift Pattern: Typical shift hours are from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. Candidates must be flexible and available to support operations on Sundays and Mondays as needed. Full availability is required including weekends and holidays.

Pay Rate: $18.55 per hour

What will I be doing?

Responsible for maintaining and setting up food production stations and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings, and all other food items prepared on the hot line. Has knowledge of and ability to work multiple kitchen functions including grill, sauté, and pantry stations. Responsible for maintaining the quality of food prepared on the line. Creates appealing plate designs and maintains the quality of presentation for all food items.
