Overview

The Line Cook should be an expert at their particular station while having a working knowledge of all stations in the kitchen. As a Line Cook, you will gain a solid understanding of our style of service and our company's culture. Candidates should be able to read and follow recipes and standards, train employees, and maintain health department, food quality, and restaurant standards. Candidates should also be comfortable interacting with guests both in the open kitchen and in the dining room. Candidates should have at least 1 year of kitchen experience, preferably in fine dining environment.
