Description

Line Cook is a key member of the culinary team responsible for executing high-quality food consistently. Must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organizational skills to prioritize tasks quickly. Responsibilities include preparing all orders on an a la carte basis and prepping for buffets, banquets, salad bars, and hors d'oeuvres.

This is a full-time position with scheduled hours varying weekly between Monday and Sunday. Work hours typically range from 4 pm to midnight, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience as a banquet or restaurant cook in a busy kitchen, prior culinary training, and certification in food handling and safety sanitation. A pleasant attitude, outgoing personality, good judgment, strong verbal communication, excellent time management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities are essential. Attention to detail, understanding guest service needs, and teamwork skills are also required.
