Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Line Controls Specialist to join a high-performance manufacturing team in Denver. You will develop autonomous and preventive maintenance for electrical, power, controls and information systems on the line, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include DDS execution, coaching technicians, leading loss-elimination plans, and coordinating with maintenance planning to minimize downtime and defects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years working with automation and control systems in industrial manufacturing.
• Bachelor's Degree or technical certification in electrical engineering, automation, or control systems preferred.
• High School Diploma / GED with equivalent experience considered in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain autonomous and preventive maintenance capabilities for electrical, power, controls, and information systems.
• Troubleshoot, install and modify control systems to improve safety, quality, and production performance.
• Lead 24/7 operations support, DDS meetings, and execution of the daily plan.
• Coach line technicians and develop maintenance plan execution.
• Plan maintenance periods and manage breakdown elimination initiatives.
