Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA, is seeking a Manufacturing Line Manager to lead a 24/7 beverage production line with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with the line leadership to set priorities, manage resources, and eliminate losses using IWS tools and maintenance planning.

The role demands 4+ years supervising manufacturing/operations in beverage production, with data analytics knowledge and KPI discipline.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Bachelor's Degree or technical certification in engineering or industrial maintenance preferred.
• 4+ years experience as manufacturing/operations supervisor required.
• 4+ years progressive experience in beverage production, maintenance, and/or warehouse operations preferred.
• Knowledge of data analytics and appropriate KPI's for measurement of manufacturing systems.
• Ability to manage and respond to issues when needed for a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• 24-hours multiple shift accountability for safety, quality, production, delivery, cost and morale and capability of a production line organization.
• Leads the manufacturing line Daily Direction Settings (DDS) meeting and coaches team leaders.
• Leads execution of 90-day plans to eliminate losses using IWS tools and maintenance plan.
• Set short and long-term direction for production line and team; accountability for staff operating the line.
• Owns the DMSs (Daily Management Systems) for defect handling and incident elimination.
• Partners with line leadership to improve DDS effectiveness and team capability.
• Provides development and coaching to Direct Reports to build a performance-driven culture; leads recruiting and selection.
