Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator to operate various heavy equipment for clearing branches and tree material from electrical lines in Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities include planning crew activities, coordinating with customers, and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to identify tree and shrub species.
• Familiar with electrical hazards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, direct and coordinate work.
• Operate and service equipment listed (gasoline tools, saws, winches, mower, weed whacker, chipper, sprayers).
• Ensure safety, quality and production requirements are met.
• Obtain access permissions from property owners and coordinate with customers.
• Train new personnel and maintain knowledge of equipment and procedures.
