Davey Utility Line Clearance, part of The Davey Tree Expert Company, seeks an experienced Trimmer for Hudson, OH. The role emphasizes climbing work, pruning and removal for electric utilities, and operating heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Must love outdoors and be able to complete Davey Tree orientation and safety trainings.
• Must have a valid driver's license on hire; CDL preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Climb trees using DdRT/MRS or SRT/SRS climbing systems.
• Prune and remove trees safely for major electric utilities.
• Trim treetops and repair damaged trees; remove broken limbs near lines, roofs and structures.
• Operate and maintain chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and related equipment.
• Collaborate as a crew member with ground crew and foreperson; grow with experience.
