The Halter Group in Clarksville, TN seeks a Line Clearance Estimator / Work Planner to audit workloads, balance crew assignments, and help meet project timelines safely.

This role involves travel in a company vehicle across Clarksville, Middle TN and KY, obtaining access permissions, coordinating with property owners, and guiding crews.

Candidates must be highly organized with strong computer skills, be a problem-solver, and able to work independently or with a team as needed.

Formación

• Must be able to read and interpret project plans and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Obtains permits/permissions or notifications from property owners, municipal entities, or businesses to trim, remove, or apply herbicide to trees.
• Maintains accuracy of records and reports related to permissions/notifications for supervision and crew.
• Plans and lays out work for crew members considering equipment access, time, cleanup, weather, and customer instructions.
• Follows all applicable work methods pertaining to line clearance work.
• Inspects rights-of-way to assess vegetation conditions and determine maintenance.
• Responds to questions about work specifications and requirements.
• Inspects crew/contractor work for compliance with specifications.
• Assists in managing crew/contractors during storm restoration operations.
• Supports special projects assigned by the utility.
