Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Vanceburg, Kentucky to develop detailed work plans, estimate labor hours, and coordinate with purchasing for materials.

This onsite, direct-hire role requires strong CMMS experience, solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to manage a backlog while aligning with production goals.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, or a skilled industrial trade.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, safety procedures (including Lockout/Tagout), and common failure modes.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms for asset and work order tracking.
• Capable of managing competing priorities, maintaining a work backlog, and documenting procedures clearly.
