Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic tool and mechanical aptitude required.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The number one responsibility of this position is safety. Embrace and promote KDC safety, following all SOP's.
• Immediately respond to production line shutdown and administer mechanical support.
• Implement improvements for production line startup and run consistency. Know how to run at published BPM or better than.
• Repair production equipment as necessary.
• Complete line changeovers in a safe, timely and accurate manner.
• Conduct washouts and pre/post run sanitization.
