Job summary

CJ Schwan's in Stilwell, Oklahoma, offers a full-time role on the second shift (4:15 p.m. – 1:45 a.m.) with starting pay $17.25 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Weekly Friday pay and a solid benefits package accompany this opportunity. Responsibilities include unpacking materials, mixing ingredients, assembling and packaging products, and ensuring quality standards. You will also inspect and report issues, while complying with GMP and safety regulations and lifting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 0–1 years of experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand on concrete floors.
• Rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products and package finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products, manage waste, and note quantities as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient problems and equipment breakdowns.
• Follow USDA/OSHA and GMP safety regulations.

What You Will Do

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products (from raw materials to finished products) meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throwing out or fixing products as necessary; writing down amount of waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).

What We Look For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
