Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring for a full-time manufacturing role in Oklahoma. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour with a $1.25 shift differential for the 4:15 p.m.–1:45 a.m. shift.

Eligible employees receive weekly Friday pay, PTO, holidays, personal days, and a comprehensive benefits package including multiple health, dental, vision plans and a company-matched 401(k). Typical duties include receiving materials, mixing ingredients, producing and packaging goods, and ensuring compliance with quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; able to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and address waste as directed; fix or discard as needed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations (GMPs and safety).

What You Will Do:

• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.

• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).

What We Look For:
