Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring a full-time production worker in a food manufacturing setting in Stilwell, Oklahoma. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift (2 p.m. – midnight).

You will unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods while ensuring quality and compliance with GMPs, USDA and safety standards. Opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete.
• Strong manual dexterity and repetitive motions.
• Adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; discard or fix as directed and record waste.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, state, federal and company regulations, GMPs and safety policies.

What You Will Do:

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products (from raw materials to finished products) meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throwing out or fixing products as necessary; writing down amount of waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).

What We Look For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
