Job summary

Schwan's is seeking a full-time production associate in a food manufacturing environment in Oklahoma. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour, with a $1.50 shift differential for the 2nd shift (6 p.m.–6 a.m.) and a schedule from 4:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.

You will unpack materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and ensure quality and safety standards while documenting waste and reporting issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throw out or fix as necessary; record waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and equipment breakdowns.
• Comply with USDA, OSHA, State/Federal regulations and GMP/safety policies.
