Job summary

CJ Schwan's in Stilwell, OK is hiring for a full-time production role in a food manufacturing environment. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for hours 6 p.m.–6 a.m.

The first shift runs from 6:40 AM to 4:30 PM, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package. You will unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and ensure quality from start to finish while complying with GMPs, USDA, OSHA, and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to rotate shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and document waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues or equipment problems.
• Follow USDA, OSHA, GMP, and safety regulations.
