Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking a full-time production associate for the 3rd shift in New York. You will unpack materials, mix ingredients, assemble and package finished goods, while ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand on concrete floors for extended periods, and adapt to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime. Benefits include a comprehensive package and 401(k) with company match.

Starting Pay: $19.50 per hour Shift: 3rd Hours: 8:15PM - 5:15AM

• What You Will Do:

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.

• Ensure that all products (from raw materials to finished products) meet company and government quality standards.

• Inspect products; throwing out or fixing products as necessary; writing down amount of waste as directed.

• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.

• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).

• What We Look For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.

• Strong manual dexterity; capable of performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.

• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
