Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring for a full-time role in a food manufacturing environment. You will unpack materials, mix ingredients, assemble products and package finished goods while upholding strict quality standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, recording waste, and alerting supervisors to any issues, all while following GMP, USDA and safety regulations. Long-term opportunities and advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience minimum.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong manual dexterity and repetitive motion capability.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and record waste, taking action to fix or discard as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient problems or equipment breakdowns.
• Comply with USDA, OSHA, state/federal and GMP safety regulations.
