Job summary

CJ Schwan's in Oklahoma is hiring for a full-time production role on the 2nd shift. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for hours 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., and the shift runs 4:15pm-1:45am.

You will unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods. You must meet safety and quality standards, lift up to 50 lbs, stand on concrete, and adapt to rotating weekends/overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete.
• Strong manual dexterity; repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; dispose of or fix items as directed; record waste amounts.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations (GMPs and safety).

What You Will Do:

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products (from raw materials to finished products) meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throwing out or fixing products as necessary; writing down amount of waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).

What We Look For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
