Job summary

CJ Schwan's in Oklahoma is hiring for a full-time manufacturing role. Starting pay is $17.25/hour with a $1.50 shift differential for 6 p.m.–6 a.m.

The 2nd shift runs 6 p.m.–6 a.m., with overtime and advancement opportunities. You will unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods, ensuring all items meet quality standards from raw material to finished product in line with USDA, OSHA, GMP and safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; repetitive motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throwing out or fixing products as necessary; record waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform all duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations (GMPs and safety).

What You Will Do:

What We Look For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
