Job summary

CJ Schwan's in Oklahoma is hiring for a full-time role in a food manufacturing environment. You will unpack materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

This position supports advancement opportunities within a growing company and involves physical work on-site. Responsibilities include inspecting products, recording waste, and communicating issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity and repetitive hand/wrist/arm motions.
• Able to rotate schedules, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and document waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues and equipment problems.
• Comply with USDA, OSHA, state/federal regulations and GMPs.

What You Will Do:

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products (from raw materials to finished products) meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throwing out or fixing products as necessary; writing down amount of waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).

What We Look For:
