Wayne-Sanderson Farms in Tyler, TX is seeking an assembly line worker to debone chicken carcasses as they move down the line on the cone line. You will cut with a knife or scissors, remove parts, and follow directions while staying compliant with PPE and all company policies.
The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shifts in a cold, damp production environment. Day one on the job training is provided.

DAY ONE ON THE JOB TRAINING
Primarily responsible for working on an assembly line performing one or two steps in removing parts/pieces from a whole bird on the cone line. Must always use and maintain personal protective equipment, and work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
