Job summary

Baxters North America, Inc. in East Bernstadt, KY is seeking a Line Associate – Assembly to support the Packaging of meals and accessory products on our manufacturing line. You will report to the Production Supervisor and perform assembly, sealing, and packaging tasks on-site.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to read and follow codes, perform basic math, and stand for extended periods. This is a non-exempt, hourly role on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read simple words and numbers; follow menu codes.
• Basic math skills for handling money, weight, and measurements.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components for packaging of meals or accessory products.
• Perform on-line visual inspections and product checks.
• Seal and bag products, verify codes and dates.
• Prepare bags and containers for final assembly.
• Assist QA, MPC and Final Assembly as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
