Baxters North America Inc in East Bernstadt, KY is seeking a 1st shift Line Associate – Assembly to support the production of meals and accessory products. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work on assembling, sealing, and packaging processes.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to maintain line speed, and physical stamina to stand, lift light loads, and handle bags and containers. Manufacturing environment involves exposure to cold/heat and loud operations.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Verify correct product names, codes, and dates are used and placed on the current menu.
• Maintain line speeds with repetitive gripping, grabbing and placing items into bags and boxes.
• Prepare menu bags for sealing and boxing and ensure proper assembly according to menu specifications.
• Inspect seals and packaging for defects and ensure correct bags are used before final assembly.
