• Verify correct product names, codes, and dates are used; place items on current menu.
• Assist in on-line visual inspection to prevent defects.
• Inspect for leaks and broken packages.
• Ensure all accessory packs are accounted for before assembly.
• Maintain line speeds with repetitive gripping and placing items into bags or boxes.
• Stack items and insert on menu bag in correct order.
• Assemble menu items, accessories, and components per specifications.
• Prepare menu bags for sealing and boxing.
• Receive and inspect bags for correct placement and sealing; operate sealing machine.
• Inspect seals for defects and integrity.
• Place assembled bags into containers and move to final assembly; assist QA and Final Assembly as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
