Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work with hazardous and corrosive chemicals safely.
• Proficient with computer data entry and navigating applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate Line 1 or Line 4 fryers and related systems; cross-trained as needed.
• Follow safe work practices and SOPs to prevent injuries.
• Attend training activities and apply new skills on the job.
• Monitor process data from blancher, fryer, and related systems using Wonderware.
• Perform fry-ups, take Agtron color measurements, and ensure oil quality and FFA targets.
