Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to use a computer and perform data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Cross-trained on Line 1, Line 4, and Batter Operator duties.
• Follow safe work practices and SOPs to prevent injuries.
• Attend and apply skills from all training activities.
• Monitor process data from Blancher, Fryer and Sapp/Sugar Dip in Wonderware.
• Enter data promptly and maintain legible paperwork.
• Ensure oil system is operated safely and monitor additives flow.
• Perform fry-ups and measure color/FFA tests to meet target specs.
• Monitor blancher circulation and maintain equipment readiness.
