Job summary

Luther Family Ford is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to perform recalls, maintenance, and light repairs at customer locations in a mobile service vehicle. You’ll work outside the shop with the support of a fully equipped van and a flexible schedule.

This role offers independence, on-the-job Ford factory training, and a path to grow within a respected Midwest Ford dealership. You’ll deliver high-quality service directly to customers while maintaining professional communication.

Qualifications

• Automotive mechanical aptitude and preferably automotive experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, organized, self-motivated, with a clean driving record.
• Willing to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete Ford recalls, maintenance services, and light repairs.
• Travel to customer homes and businesses in a mobile service van.
• Follow Ford repair procedures and quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and answer questions.
• Verify repairs and ensure every vehicle leaves fixed right the first time.
• Maintain inventory, tools, and the appearance of your mobile service vehicle.
• Accurately document repairs using dealership technology.

Luther Family Ford is looking for a motivated technician to join our Mobile Service team. You’ll perform factory recalls, routine maintenance, and light repairs at customers’ homes and businesses while driving a fully equipped company service vehicle.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician looking for more independence or someone with strong mechanical ability who wants to build a long-term career with one of the Midwest’s most respected Ford dealerships.
