ICON is seeking a Systems Analyst (LIMS) onsite in Lenexa, KS. You will deliver system administration, support investigator payment applications, and act as SME for assigned ICON apps. Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure quality outcomes across clinical programmes.

You will gather study requirements, assist in technical setup, and drive improvements while delivering high-quality user support and training. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field desired.
• Experience providing system administration and support, with development awareness.
• SME for assigned applications and familiarity with other ICON apps.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide system administration and support for investigator payment-related apps.
• Support application development projects and be SME for assigned apps.
• Collaborate with IT and application owners for improvements and training.
• Capture user feedback and gather study setup requirements.
• Assist in technical setup of studies and escalate issues as needed.
