Job summary

Veracyte is seeking a Manager, LIMS to lead the administration and evolution of our LIMS ecosystem supporting regulated clinical laboratory operations. You will partner across Laboratory Operations, Engineering, Quality, and stakeholders to ensure reliable, compliant, and scalable systems aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years experience with LIMS in regulated labs.
• 3+ years leading technical or business systems teams.
• Experience leading LIMS implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
• Strong knowledge of lab operations, sample lifecycle, and data processes.
• Experience in regulated environments with system validation and change control.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for LIMS administration and continuous improvement.
• Translate operational needs into effective LIMS solutions.
• Ensure LIMS compliance with regulatory, quality, privacy, and data integrity requirements.
• Oversee configuration, validation, implementation, release management, and maintenance.
• Maintain governance, audit readiness, and change control processes.
• Investigate complex issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality on validated environments.
• Drive automation to improve laboratory efficiency and scalability.
• Manage vendors and service providers to ensure delivery.
• Lead projects for enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and new capabilities.
• Ensure LIMS integrates with instruments, workflows, and other systems.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
