Clarkston Consulting is seeking a LIMS Consultant to deliver solutions for life sciences, consumer products, and retail clients. You will configure LIMS modules (LabWare or LabVantage), design workflows, and automate data transformations while ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP.

This role requires 2+ years hands-on LIMS experience, a 4-year degree in Life Sciences or IT, and willingness to travel 30-50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with LabWare or LabVantage LIMS.
• Experience configuring and customizing LabWare or LabVantage LIMS to support laboratory workflows.
• Proven ability to design, configure, and validate assay workflows.
• Experience developing and maintaining scripts for workflow automation, business rules, calculations, instrument integrations, and data transformations.

Responsabilités

• Configure LIMS modules to support workflows (assay development, plate results, sample management, stability, analytical testing).
• Design, configure, and validate assay workflows to align with scientific requirements and GxP environments.
• Develop and maintain scripts for workflow automation and data transformation within LIMS.
• Develop project documentation and conduct demos of configuration to clients.
• Collaborate with scientists, QA/CSV teams, and IT to gather requirements and support system validation (URS, FRS, DS, IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Ensure configurations comply with 21 CFR Part 11 and other validation procedures.
• Collaborate with a team of LIMS consultants across sites for deployment.
