Join us for the Limited X-Ray Technologist/Medical Assistant at Urgent Team -PRN role at Urgent Team.

Position Overview

Urgent Team is seeking experienced Limited License X-Ray Technologists/Medical Assistants to join our team at centers in Knoxville, Maryville, Lenoir City, and Morristown, TN. PRN shifts are currently available.

Urgent Team is one of the largest independent operators of urgent and family care centers in the Southeast, providing quality, affordable healthcare at over 80 locations under eight brands. Our walk-in centers offer services for injuries, illnesses, occupational health, and wellness, operating seven days a week. All centers are Accredited Care Centers, recognized for safety and quality by the Urgent Care Association.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiology procedures promptly for evaluation and treatment by physicians.
• Conduct quality control procedures to ensure high-quality exams.
• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, adhering to safety and clinical protocols, including radiation protection.
• Ensure radiology equipment is in proper working order and report malfunctions.
• Complete documentation related to patient visits accurately.
• Maintain and enhance diagnostic imaging skills through ongoing education.
• Maintain current licensure and certification for radiology equipment and personnel licensure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; skills in Medical Assisting required.
• State X-Ray license or willingness to obtain upon hire.
