Overview

Urgent Team is seeking experienced Limited License X-Ray Technologists/Medical Assistants for our centers in Knoxville, Maryville, Lenoir City, and Morristown, TN. PRN shifts are currently available.

About Urgent Team

We are one of the largest independent operators of urgent and family care centers in the Southeast, with over 80 locations under eight brands. Our walk-in centers provide a variety of healthcare services, including treatment for injuries and illnesses, occupational health, and wellness care. We are open seven days a week, and all centers are Accredited Care Centers, emphasizing our commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiology procedures accurately for evaluation and treatment by physicians.
  • Conduct quality control procedures to ensure high-quality exams.
  • Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, following safety and regulatory guidelines, including radiation protection.
  • Ensure radiology equipment is properly maintained and report malfunctions.
  • Complete all required documentation related to patient visits.
  • Maintain and improve diagnostic imaging skills through ongoing education.
  • Maintain current licensure and certification for radiology equipment and personnel.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; skills in Medical Assisting required.
  • State X-Ray license or willingness to obtain upon hire.
