Position Overview

Urgent Team is seeking experienced Limited License X-Ray Technologists/Medical Assistants for our centers in Knoxville, Maryville, Lenoir City, and Morristown, TN. This is a PRN position with shifts currently available.

Our centers offer a range of services including treatments for injuries, illnesses, occupational health, and wellness care. We are open seven days a week and are accredited by the Urgent Care Association for safety, quality, and scope of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiology procedures for evaluation and treatment by physicians.
• Conduct quality control procedures to ensure accurate exams.
• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, following safety and regulatory protocols, including radiation safety and shielding techniques.
• Ensure radiology equipment is in proper working order and report malfunctions.
• Complete documentation related to patient visits accurately.
• Maintain and enhance diagnostic imaging skills through ongoing education.
• Maintain current licensure and certification for radiology equipment and personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assisting skills required.
• State X-Ray license or willingness to obtain upon hire.
