Urgent Team in Maryville, TN is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. The role involves performing x-ray testing, ensuring patient safety, and assisting with Medical Assistant duties within a busy urgent care environment.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT radiography certification (or eligible) and TN state X-Ray licensure, with BLS preferred. Full-time schedule includes a rotating 36-40 hour week with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiography certification or eligible; TN State X-Ray license required (or in process)
• BLS Certification preferred
• Experience as Medical Assistant is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and prepare exam room for radiology procedures
• Perform x-ray testing and basic radiology procedures
• Ensure radiation safety and shielding per clinical procedures
• Document patient history, vitals, and pertinent information
• Assist with patient transfers and coordination with providers
• Maintain equipment functionality and report issues to supervisor
