Job summary

Urgent Team in Maryville, TN is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. The role performs x-ray testing, operates diagnostic equipment, develops film, and assists with Medical Assistant duties, while upholding patient safety and proper radiation protection.

Full-time shifts include 12-hour weekday rotations with every-other weekend; PRN opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• ARRT X-ray certification preferred.
• TN State X-Ray License required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and prepares them for examination.
• Operates radiology equipment and performs x-ray procedures.
• Ensures radiation safety and proper shielding.
• Documents patient history and vitals as appropriate.
• Maintains and reports equipment malfunctions.
