Job summary
Milliken & Company is seeking an Engineering Reliability & Facilities Leader for Limestone Plant to manage maintenance, facilities, and environmental programs. You will lead a team responsible for reliability, electrical systems, energy usage, and capital projects, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
Responsibilities include directing maintenance strategy, coordinating external partners, and driving continuous improvement in plant utilities and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology required.
- 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, electrical systems, or reliability roles.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing budgets.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain equipment reliability, PM, and predictive maintenance programs.
- Provide technical leadership for electrical systems, power distribution, and utilities.
- Coordinate projects, installations, and vendor/contractor work.
- Lead safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance within the plant.
