Job summary

Graymont is seeking a Product Handler at the Eden Plant in Wisconsin to support the Assistant Operator and Kiln Operator by loading pebble lime railcars and customer trucks. The role requires strict safety adherence, effective communication with drivers, and willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule on a 2-2-3 pattern, including every other weekend.

The position involves lifting up to 50 lbs, assisting in plant housekeeping, and being cross-trained in other functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; physically fit for 50 lb lifting and shift work.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Ability to read and write English and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load product in railcars and into customer trucks.
• Comply with safety rules and report hazards or malfunctions.
• Assist with housekeeping, greasing, and minor maintenance tasks.
• Work in various environments with lime/dust exposure and wear PPE.
