Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking Lil’ Kickers/Skills Institute Coaches to lead weekly classes for kids 18 months to 12 years old. Coaches bring energy, creativity and follow lesson plans to teach soccer skills and developmental milestones.

No prior coaching experience is required as training is provided; a Food Handler's permit is required and you’ll work with a team dedicated to safe, fun, and engaging activities for children in a family-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to anticipate problems and apply rules to solve them.
• Reading and writing skills to communicate information clearly.
• Clear verbal expression to convey ideas effectively.
• Ability to create and maintain basic computer records using standard software.

Responsibilities

• Come to work each shift with a positive attitude and have fun.
• Be available to work weekend mornings.
• Create a bond with kids in your classes throughout the session.
• Follow weekly lesson plans.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute.
• Set up, clean up, and maintain the field.
• Complete recommendation cards and customer care calls each session.
• Achieve high customer retention across seasons.
• Assist with marketing efforts and community events.

GENERAL SUMMARY

Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute Coaches coach weekly classes for kids ages 18 months to 12 years old. Coaches are well-trained to bring high energy and creativity to the games and activities they lead each week. Through our lesson plans, teach great fundamental soccer skills and help kids master important developmental milestones.
