Job summary

Lil’ Kickers is seeking entry-level Coaches to bring our curriculum to life, coaching weekly classes for children aged 18 months to 9 years. You’ll deliver high-energy, creative games and activities, following lesson plans and helping kids develop fundamental soccer skills while keeping things fun.

Training is provided, no prior coaching experience is required. You’ll work consistent shifts across sessions, including Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons, with a supportive team dedicated to

• Entry Level - no prior coaching experience necessary. Training provided.
• Follow weekly lesson plans that outline games and activities.
• Adhere to safety guidelines outlined for Lil’ Kickers programming.
• Set up, clean up, and maintain the field.
• Assist with grassroots marketing efforts and community events.
• Complete, and attend, all Lil’ Kickers training as scheduled.
• Work consistent shifts throughout each session.
• Be available to work Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons.
• Create a bond with kids in your classes throughout the session.
• Achieve a high rate of customer retention from season to season.
• Come to work each day with a positive attitude and ready to have fun!

Job Summary

Lil’ Kickers Coaches bring our renowned curriculum to life. They coach weekly classes for kids ages 18 months to 9 years old and become super heroes in the eyes of their players. Coaches are well trained to bring high energy and creativity to the games and activities they lead each week. Through our lesson plans, they teach great fundamental soccer skills and help kids master important developmental milestones—all while being a bit goofy in the process.
