Job summary

Lil’ Kickers is hiring part-time coaches to lead fun, structured soccer-based classes for kids aged 18 months to 9 years. You’ll guide games, activities, and laughter while helping little ones develop in a safe and engaging environment.

Pay is competitive with seasonal bonuses, paid training, and opportunities to grow within the Lil’ Kickers program. Weekend and weekday shifts, including summer camp, are available.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to working with kids.
• Reliable attendance and ability to commit to the season.
• Availability for Saturdays and Sundays; weekday mornings/afternoons also available.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50-minute classes for kids ages 18 months to 9 years.
• Follow engaging lesson plans and create a world of adventure.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all participants.
• Build relationships with kids and their families.

What You'll Do

  • Lead fun-filled, 50-minute classes for kids ages 18 months - 9 years old.
• Use our engaging lesson plans and create a world of adventure.
  • Lead your class through our age-appropriate lesson plans each week with imagination and fun.
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all our little players.
• Build relationships with the kids in your classes and their families.

What We\'re Looking For

• Individuals who are ready to have fun working with kids and are able to bring high energy and enthusiasm every day.
• Applicants who are reliable and can commit to working their classes the whole season.
• Ideal candidates are available to work Saturday and Sunday mornings. Weekday morning and afternoon hours are also available.
