Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of multifamily operations including people management, financial reporting, problem-solving, sales and resident relations.
• Experience with tax credit/LIHTC properties and compliance is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed occupancy, rent collection, expenses, compliance paperwork and facilities management goals.
• Recruit, supervise, train and assign duties to office and maintenance staff.
• Operate property in compliance with IRS LIHTC and fair housing laws.
• Oversee maintenance and operations, schedule contractors, ensure timely turnover and safe living environment.
• Uphold integrity and organizational values.
• Maintain resident relations, respond to requests and take appropriate actions.
• Collect rents and post to resident accounts promptly and accurately.
• Enforce lease provisions regarding rent payments.
• Report accidents and emergencies to Regional Manager via Incident Report.
