Job summary

BeMore Staffing seeks a dedicated Tax Credit Property Manager in Maryland to oversee operations and LIHTC compliance for affordable housing assets, ensuring regulatory adherence and strong tenant service.

You will coordinate with owners, regulators, and auditors, prepare annual compliance reports, manage budgets, rent and utility billing, and lead staff to maintain long-term LIHTC eligibility and financial stability.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management within affordable housing or LIHTC.
• In-depth knowledge of LIHTC regulations and HUD/IRS guidelines.
• Strong analytical and regulatory interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of LIHTC properties and ensure compliance.
• Audit tenant income certifications, leases, and occupancy records.
• Prepare annual compliance reports and tax credit documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors and housing agencies during reviews.
• Manage rent collection, utility billing, and budgets.
• Lead staff to maintain low-income resident services while mitigating non-compliance risk.
• Monitor regulatory changes to preserve LIHTC eligibility.
