Job summary

Ambling Property Investments is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to assist in managing residential real estate properties at Arcadia at Parkway Village in Fairburn, GA. The role requires responsibility for leasing, inspections, and compliance.

The successful candidate will have experience in LIHTC property management and an Associate's degree. Key responsibilities include managing data entry, preparing late notices, and assisting in inspections. A valid state-issued driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

• Experience in LIHTC property management is required.
• Demonstrated literacy in the English language including reading.
• Six months to a year of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Manage data entry of all prospect, applicant and lease information.
• Prepare late notices to delinquent accounts per Company policy.
• Assist Property Manager with quarterly and move-out inspections.
